I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made my experience enjoyable. The hotel's location is excellent; it is situated near a shopping center and is easily accessible by transportation. The cleanliness of the hotel surpassed my expectations, and the breakfast was delicious. the hotel facilities were impressive, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Everything was great, and I couldn't find any negative aspects during my stay at the hotel. This city has so much to offer, and the hotel's location made it easy for me to explore it all.

Nice food, great value and most importantly, The Cab returned my handphone to hotel staff when i left on the car while entered shoping mall..

For standard or superior rooms, rooms not great and impressed narrow, which has a lot of carpet stains everywhere, on the wall a lot of loose wallpaper, very necessary renovation, very different with the appearance of the existing rooms in the hotel golden own website, while the hotel's golden 4 star very unfortunate still have a room like that, it looks good on the outside but not inside his room

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, as there were plenty of shopping centers right in the nearby area. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities I needed, including air conditioning and tea and coffee facilities. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. They even offered room service and laundry facilities. I also enjoyed the free Wi-Fi in my room, which made it easy for me to stay connected.

I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Location of the hotel in the center of the city and easy access to him and he is a good place

The hotel has a convenient location close to the International Expo Center. They offer a free shuttle service to the airport, which is very helpful for business travelers. The breakfast buffet is tasty and varied.

The hotel building is quite old and in need of renovation. There is a strong cigarette smoke smell throughout the hotel.

It is close to the airport and not very expensive so we didn't mind it... but we were over charged for the Airport Taxi both ways by the hotel so if you can, book your own taxi.

Hotel was filthy... Room service was gross... breakfast was decent but not breakfast food... mostly lunch stuff... and the toilets were so dirty that I couldn't even use them.... (and I was upgraded by the Hotel to their Executive Rooms on the 16th floor!!!)

The ease of facilities - we could make use of the sauna, gym and swimming pool at no extra cost. Plus, it was pretty near to the city and easy to flag cabs.

The room was not very clean. The carpet had many spots in it.

The hotel is conveniently located, close to the national monument and the Grand Indonesia shopping center.

The hotel from the outside and the lobby are quite impressive and makes you looking forward to staying at the hotel. But as soon as you enter the room you wonder if this is the same hotel. Rooms are small, worn down and you will likely find mould in the bathroom.

Spent Xmas at a city hotel, and had a reasonable time. the breakfast was one of the best I've had in a long time; the selection was varied and the food tasted fresh. the location was also great, close to lots of restaurants and shops. Oh, and the bed was very comfortable.

The experience wasn't all great. the room was quite old and in need of some serious updating.
